I actually realy like this trade idea..asik is a young great shot blocker that set a record in the euroleague..great rebounder that runs the pick and roll well..don't u people get it..this is what we've been missing all year..A CENTER!!! U havnt heard of the guy because he hasn't played many minutes..with more minutes here he will be a very efficient player..one that the rockets needed desperately..I would give up lee...maybe t-will gets more playing time now...get it done morey..loving this trade...

Some vids...sorry I'm at work typing from my phone...

you can't coach your players to grow players to grow taller.

We need size and we need it desperately.

I don't know, I would really like to see Lee here because I have a feeling that Martin will not be around as much. But we do need size, I just wish we could give up something else.

I'm curious what Martin's value is on the market current is becuase I think he could bring back some serious assets at Center and/or SF position while plugging Lee into his spot.

If Lee is the one to go, I would Asik and a #1(Bobcats) for Lee. People don't know Asik or see him play much so they are simply going by stats. Not saying the guy is our answer at the 5, right now, but he would be a worth while project to groom for as early as late next season. The Bobcats' pick is a 2012 pick and lotto protected but that protection decreases over time until it is unprotected, could be a major asset down the line.

He is NOTHING like David Andersen, dude is raw but is an inside player with a 7-2 wingspan.

    Exactly

Asik probably still wouldn't see the court.

LOL, listen closely to the second vid's announcers. After the block, the ball gets stolen and Asik gets called for the foul!

Not good enough. Chicago has to sweeten to pot to make this fair from our end.

    Can he start over Hayes?

If not, I don't really see the point in bringing in another C/PF to ride the bench...

i dont want a player who is going to get stuck at the end of the bench
and maybe when lee is moved we can t will unleashed
    but idk
i dont want asik if he is going to be in the bench
because we dont need other bench player we need a starter
