I love Kobe. I think a lot of people are going to be mad disappointed if they think he will be dropping 38 points against the Lakers and recreate "Linsanity" all over again with the Rockets. Yeah it was with the bench players for the Knicks but those guys are still reasonably talented players. Plus Lin was getting away with a ton of stuff that he won't be able to get away with next year. I like the kid and I think he has mad upside but he isn't going to be dropping 28 & 14 on people and the rockets won't be going on winning streaks like that. If he can pull 18 & 8 which was what he was doing just before he got injured I will be stoked. But there are going to be a ton of lumps from everyone and as long as the guys can win a few games and be competitive in the ones that they loose and show some growth and progress over the season I am cool.
I was at that NYK-MIL game when the second coming of Jordan happened. Folks at the MSG were groaning the whole game.
I can imagine. I watched it with my BF. Was the most hilarious thing I have seen in my entire life. He was so pissed. Do you know the history between Jennings and the Knicks?
I find it funny there are people who say with a certainty what Lin can or cannot accomplish next season. And while it's fun to speculate, he has a tendency to prove his doubters wrong...
Man, Knicks fans are so bitter about losing Jeremy Lin. They need to look at their ownership for failing to secure him with a good offer right off the start that he would most likely have accepted. It's their fault for messing up.
One thing I like about Lin being a Rocket is that I don't have to see that stupid hand-shake anymore.... Great video though...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46YCPnZSZBk He will be an avg to solid starter under McHale system. Yet, I don't think he can be a superstar because of the lack of athleticism and strength as an azn. Jeremy Lin Pro: Very smart player Great PnR game Good court vision Above avg dribbling skill Con: Poor defensive positioning Poor PnR defence Poor conditioning Not strong enough to guard physical pg Turnover prone << lack of experience and playing time, he probably will be better this year.
