Regardless of how the cat turns out, it's going to be fun watching him this season. I can't believe Dolan was so stupid. :-O-

Don't be such a self-hating p***y. Grow a pair of balls and have some pride. Stop being brainwashed by western media.

Damn, I fell for the troll. Honestly, someone should ban his ass for his idiotic comments, his grammar, and his self-hate (unless he's pretending to be Asian).

Conditioning and strength can be improved. Lin is fast so he is definitely athletic. He is lacking in hops but he has a very fast first step and is fast in general.

I thought Lin was both Chinese and Taiwanese decent?

And of course he is American.

Can't wait to see how this young team blends together. Wish it would start soon, Lol@cheukLau, he was really trolling pretty hard. He doesn't even deny it when he/she was called out. Doesn't matter though, this guy has show some glimpses of being able to produce. Even if it was only for 26 games, he was definitely able to play for sure.

I never understood why people troll. Seems like a waste of your time.

Hard to say, but check out this dunk...... He never dunked with two hands in an NBA game...........

    <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/QiBkqLwDzd0" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

The dunk suggests that Lin may have not been at 100 percent, even during Linsanity. A scary proposition if that's the case.

Although I think the meniscus problem likely occurred during the Dallas game at MSG. In watching the games last season, there was a dropoff in his explosiveness after that game.

Some of you realize there is a test they do for all the college recruits who, by invitation, attend Portmouth Invitational Tournament. BAM testing provides athlete assessment for those who attended. College players who want to get drafted will attend this annual event.

BAM testing is the standard, reliable, independent, third party providers of standardized athletic testing.

It might be surprising, especially CheukLau, that Lin scored the same BAM score as Rose. Overall, Kyle and Wall had higher scores than both Lin and Rose.

What this basically tells you that when someone is more athletic than another, it doesnt necessary mean he will become a better players in NBA. Lin might not 'look' as athletic as others, but that 'look' can certainly be very deceptive.

the only reason that point guards facing lin scored 3 more points than their average is because the all-star players that lin faced scored a lot. d-will, d-rose, and tony parker had big games against Lin which caused the average to rise above 3 more points. if you take away those games from parker, d-will, d-rose, that average would significantly decrease, in fact without those 3 games, Lin probably stopped most of his match-ups from reaching their average.

and the reason you're taking away those games from williams, rose, and parker is because those guys are superstars, if they're feeling it, no one in the NBA can stop them.

Rose put in an extra effort against JLin as I am sure did most of his opponents. How many un-drafted 2nd year players get gamed planned.

" Here was Rose in mid-March, so focused with his competitive juices flowing. He could only think about besting Lin in their head-to-head matchup while propelling the Bulls to an emphatic win. From the outset of that 104-99 Bulls’ victory on March 12, Rose looked to be on a mission and was as charged up as he had been all season long – draped over Lin’s jersey defensively, pushing the ball in transition at every opportunity on offense, and racking up a season-high 29 shot attempts for 32 points."

The funniest thing about all this is that all these teams are going to have asian heritage night whenever the Rockets show up. Miraculously when Lin is in town it is asian heritage night. Lol. Even the Knicks who didn't match, I am sure they are going to try and squeeze some profit by making it Asian Heritage night when he shows up to the garden.

It is known that his meniscus tear is a chronic one... probably occurred around the time D'Antoni left the knicks. This is easily another reason for his drop in stats along with Woodson no longer wanting Lin to be the first option.

    It is known? Link, please...

    Chronic?? Get your facts straight.

A chronic condition is a human health condition or disease that is persistent or otherwise long-lasting in its effects.

Lin never missed a game in college due to injury.

"small, chronic tear" is how it was diagnosed. which merely means its been there for a while. he was not wrong when he labeled it a chronic injury. medically correct. though it does imply/evoke "recurring" which it is not - as of yet.
