I was shocked when I visited Colorado a few years ago and went to a steakhouse, ordered baked potato and that's literally what they brought me. No bacon, no butter, no cheese, no nothing. WTF?! Texas likes its potatoes loaded thank you.

    From a restaurant....

The Capital Grille in the Galleria area is the best I've had in Houston.

Here's an example of a steak, cooked en sous vide at exactly 130º:

Either you can't get a correctly cooked steak from any kitchen in htown, or your argument is invalid.

Yes! I was somewhere in Colorado and asked for toppings for the baked potato, and they looked at me like I was nuts.

I like steak too, but I don't have enough monay to get it at 5-star restaurants. I can grill a decent steak though.

What's more alarming is that he called someone that replied politely to him a r****d.

Anybody have suggestions on how to cook "Kobe" steak? Got a piece from HEB cause it was calling my name, but don't really know how to grill it.
