16 oz. of Prime strip steak with excellent marbling.

Seasoned with only kosher salt and freshly ground pepper with a touch of Worcestershire sauce only 15 min before putting on the grill.

Make sure grill is as hot as it can get. 700-800 degrees in my case. On it for about 8 min.

    Medium rare = HEAVEN!

Another important factor. I like my steak piping hot. So foil wrap for 6-8 min after taking off the grill to keep the juices in.

Tasted even better then it looks. Slightly crunchy exterior and perfectly juicy and moist on the inside.

Season it earlier. It would have tasted even better.

15-30 min max before throwing on the grill. If you season too early the salt actually draws the natural juices of the beef to the top and dries out the steak.

You know burnt meat is highly carcinogenic.

Sear grille both sides first, then salt/season, then finish on the grille @ 450 degrees 3-4 mins each side.
