    This is not true for mj if you look at most of his championship years he was setup by being in the block pippen did more playmaking than mj did.

    this reminded me of story of Popovich flying down to virgin islands to see Tim Duncan just after he was drafted. (that's where Duncan is from) and they went swimming in the ocean (Duncan apparently a big swimmer before b-ball) and hung out, and got to know each other. Popovich talks about it as foundational time for them in establishing a rapport.

    training is over-rated ;)

    No, what I think would be nice is it was player-initiated, and not coach-initiated. That's what I liked about the LA mini camp too, apart from the general great-ness of them getting a chance to see what each other could do.

    Dwight is such a big kid! If he continues to have this much fun during the season, he will stay in BEAST mode and become better than the player he was in his Orlando days.....mark it.

    All masters train with bizarre methods. We all see them in movies. Dream is using fly fishing to train the kids how to move their feet with water resistance. And they'll learn the action of throw the line is actually the same skill as throwing the outlet pass.
