what? washington died from it i think but what? are you are saying if you have pre existing then too bad?
We all know you're too smart to suggest dumb **** lule training someone to be a mailman is like med school What was why i thinking?
If you don’t have an insurance mandate, you can’t ethically have an open market ban on preconditions. Health insurance is a behemoth.
Naw not really. Private healthcare workers ministering a service that is paid for by taxes isn't slavery. EDIT - For Gabriel, the point here is healthcare can be a right if we choose so as a country.
All people that live in the wealthiest country in the world Should have access to affordable healthcare. Some people can afford to pay more than others. That is what I believe, and I think Joe Biden and other Democrats agree with this. So, that’s one big reason I vote for Democrats. You don’t have to think of affordable healthcare as a right if you don’t want to. Just think of it as a nice perk of being an American.
Civilization did not exist for most of human existence yet here we are communicating in real time with people across the globe and we have split the atom.
It seems like you want to take healthcare to an extreme libertarian idea, which is fine. The problem is doctors take the hippocratic oath and it's either written policy or de facto policy that healthcare workers try to keep people from dying regardless of insurance status. I mean, maybe we can come to a national consensus or at least have most public opinion agree with embracing the jerk side of ourselves and not treat emergencies or anyone who is dying unless they can provide proof of payment. Unless that happens, there will always be healthcare costs to society that we should try to come up with a system to deal with. The ACA is far from perfect, but at least it tries to address that problem (and many others) instead of kicking the can down the road.
Bro Read where i said they should not be protected? I wrote a very clear ass post saying thats what it should be sold on. And you talk about me. Ive said it three damn times. No wonder people mistake what you believe I said everyone agrees on it. Wondered what the **** you arguing. Good lorf
Its libertarian to say someone doesn't have a right to your service. Any service that isnt a public. If the Hippocratic Oath were taken literally healthcare would be free
The US government is by far the largest the insurance provider in America.I wonder if people realize that? Medicare also has the lowest cost as well as the lowest overhead.
mfer it took 3 pages and you are the one talking about bloodletting wtf.. penny saved penny earned looking ass
So you agree that unless we're okay as a society with not treating the sick or dying who are uninsured, this cost issue is a shared societyal problem that ought to be addressed through legislation?
The ones in the national system they get paid as civil servants so not like they can get rich. Some like the NHS pay them peanuts. I have a friend who was working in Zurich hospital and he couldnt make a living with a regular doctor pay. On the other hand : you dont have to pay insurance in most systems. Free education and free specialisation. And some (most?) countries allow doctors to work on the side in private clinics. Cuba is a special case because they export their doctors as free labour. That should be a right.
It was just a step toward single payer. Obama understood it's limitations and he understood taking it away once we have it would be problematic to those trying like SSI. It was never meant to be THE solution.
So after i clearly said thats the selling point i should read your mind when you asked if i had a pre existing condition? Stfu
