How was it? I'm kinda pissed with how season 2 ended. I get the symbolism but it's still so anticlimactic.
really?! I thought it was a great ending for a season. I loved the buildup they showed throughout the season, i.e. Spoiler how they showed dead bodies being pulled from the house and the caution tape around the house. I guess i understand how you might want more closure but like i said, it just left you wanting more. Great opener from a setup perspective. This is the only tv series that i make it a point to watch. The suspense and drama is amazing...but they still manage to make you laugh in the middle of it at times. DOes skyler look heavier to anyone else?
I love the actress who plays sklyer, from her days on Deadwood. Spoiler hope this show doesn't get silly with the twin himen making their way across the border i didn't catch all of season two, doesn't the black guy offering the money work with the DEA
awesome show, but it leaves my stomach in knots. this one sets it up pretty nicely (at least for a few episodes). did anyone else see one of the the previews for next week where the mexican hitman show a piece of paper w/ the word "walter white" on it. ive been thinking since last season that at some point hank is going to figure it out and instead of busting him, start helping him. this isnt a show that seems to be willing to let off the gas, and that would definitely kick it up a notch. on one of the episodes last season when badger is getting interrogated he is describing what 'heisenburg' looks like - medium, old, bald - they show hank for a few seconds looking like he's kind of lost in thought, like he had just put a piece of the puzzle together. there have been a couple other brief instances like that w/ him that left me thinking that he knows its walter. Spoiler 3 million for 3 months.
In the last 48 hours I went from not even knowing what this show was to thoroughly addicted. Heck, I think it's better than House...
i've never watched a tv series that would actually make me actually nervous and anxious for the characters. It's simply great.
The show is gripping, intense and very cinematic. But it isn't for everyone. It's part "suspense" detailing the absurdities and horrors of the drug trade and part "domestic drama" that describes how a man's lies and hidden life can take a toll on his family. Oh and the main character is dying from cancer. So if that sounds good to you, you're missing a great show.
