    SO basically what we know

    Nobody gives a **** about what the idiot McHale has to say and don't listen to him at all.

    None of the players respect him and they know that they can do whatever they wantt because he will hold no one accountable.

    I mean if this doesn't get the guy fired, I don't know what will. When the team completely quits listening to their head coach, then that head coach has lost the team. You can't fire the team and get replacement players, so the only thing you are left with is firing the coach.

    Is there something I'm missing? What do Morey and Les know that we don't?

    Wasn't there a quote like this last season? Or was it the season before? I feel like this has been said before, but possibly on offense.

    How often does this happen with other teams trying to contend?

    It wont matter if they get a new coach. everyone (fans and players) know that in Moreyball, the GM controls everything. Why should players listen to a marginalized coach?

    This happens with NO contending team. You think the Clippers do this to Doc? The Spurs to Pop? The Warriors to Kerr/Walton? The only team this happens to and it works is the Cavs, and that's just because they are blessed with the by far best player on the planet.

    I don't know if anyone caught the pre-game yday at 790AM but McHale said something along the lines of:

    JET is a solid professional. He has no agenda. He just goes out there and gets things done.
