Unfortunately this disease doesn't follow borders. There is a lot of cross border traffic between SD and MN. What happens in SD won't stay there. Things are tough here in the MN but our medical capacity is far greater compared to SD and pretty good for the size of our population. This is one where helping our neighbors would benefit us.
