He loved being boring. He thought that Showgirls was ahead of its time and that Clay Aiken's voice was timeless. He thought Peyton Manning was an overrated choke-artist... in 2011. He thought banks were Ponzi schemes and Kathy Griffin was sexy. If you asked him, Mike Conley was in the same class as Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook or Tony Parker, Duncan was better than Hakeem, and of course, the Lakers would trade anyone on their roster (including Kobe) for Rudy Gay, because he was about to show the world that he's on Durant's level. And now, sadly, he gone. Goodnight, sweet prince and flights of angels sing thee to thy rest
you didn't add the constant whining about how Dwight left us at the alter and when we did get him that we were worse now.
His true colors came out when jealous reared its ugly head. Trollin on a Rockets board is asking to get cut.
He was/is a troll with very limited basketball knowledge that could not keep his mouth shut. That's a terrible combination for a high quality basketball forum.
Remember when he thought Josh Howard could be a 20 ppg scorer? Or when he thought something along the lines of Jan Vesely being a star/franchise player.
You didn't include the gem where he called Houston crime-ridden, and cited that as his main reason for moving to MEMPHIS. He literally said that he felt safer in MEMPHIS than he did in HOUSTON. The guy just perceives the world on a whole different plane than the rest of us.
others: - Chris Johnson is a Hall of Famer: "This guy is going to re-write the record books. He might be on another level than Barry Sanders. " I've often used that thread as an example about tempering expectations to 1 year flash-in-the-pan seasons. - David Robinson OWNED Hakeem?: all caps on OWNED, but that wasnt trolling for reactions or anything.... Josh did actually score right at 20 one year (19.9), and right at 19 another year. So that was reasonable enough. Actually that makes more sense than the lofty Chandler Parsons projections in CF. What's actually had some decent threads and posts too. But he put some opinions WAY out there and those will get remembered the most.
I don't lurk enough to guess who it could be. Help a brother out? Oh ****, it's almost that time of year, right? He should only be allowed to post in the fantasy sports forum strictly for the lulz.
was he that guy that kept saying he was hearing it was gonna be the Warriors...then he was hearing it was gonna be the Lakers...etc...in the Dwight thread?
