Yes, everyone blames Rick Smith for this and that but from his brief appearance on HK, it seems he is mainly in some administrative role and is the secondary voice in player decisions.

I blame Hard Knocks for this season. The Falcons did it last year and it led to them firing their head coach (not GM) and they are having a pretty good bounce back season now. That must mean the Texans will bounce back next year. YEAH!

"The Almost Team" Made the playoffs with them. Granted a bad division. Future looks bright with Osweiler and the potential on offense. Thus far, Bill has shown he maximizes his talent well.
