Damn, that's terrible. I have the worst feeling this is related to head trauma from playing in the NFL.
[NFL] Junior Seau found dead TMZ and other sources are reporting he was found dead this morning! http://www.tmz.com/2012/05/02/junior-seau-dead/
Are there any other cases of ex NFL players suffering from head trauma? I don't follow the NFL, but I thought their helmets are pretty top notch.
A lot of former players have been suffering from mental health issues (both psychological and physiological) after their playing days. Lots of cases of suicide, depression, persistent migraines, etc.
Not quite...ex players suing over concussions is the biggest story right now. http://espn.go.com/chicago/nfl/stor...s-dave-duerson-family-sues-nfl-safety-suicide This guy shot himself in the chest so that his brain could be examined.
That's terrible. I was rooting for him to win a ring with the Pats. If this is concussion/safety related to the NFL, I wonder what they will have to do to keep their current and future players safe, and what to do with these former players living in hell.
