Maybe not you Deb but there are plenty on here that will complain and want to fire all of management after a win just because the QB didn't play like a pro-bowler. The fans, like the media, are just enamored with the quarterback position and won't be happy until they get a really good one. I kinda get it since this franchise has had some really bad QBs but the Texans got it right: while you're searching for your QB, get you a defense and a running game. A lot of other teams in the league wish they had taken that approach.
Our QB position has gotten worse but so has the play calling. Our receiving Corp suppose to be much better than what we have witnessed so far this season. The offensive line due to injuries are not playing up to speed. Therefore it's much worsen than last season. The defense is playing better than expected, especially with the loss of JJ.
The WR and playcalling being worse are directly traced to the QB who can't do anything with what he's given.
Mr. Clutch you gets no argument from me. But I will say these receivers are not getting open consistently and have dropped quite a few passes that hit them on the money. Basically they are not doing each other any favors out there.
Jacksonville hasn't exactly been blown out in any of their losses. They may suck, but no pushover. Texans will have to show up.
In the NFL any team can beat any team if that team doesn't show up to play. The Browns could upset the Patriots if the Pats didn't take them seriously.
Our defense is fun to watch, and they have done great considering all the starters out all season. If we don't lose guys weekly like we have this year, then next year could be our best defense yet!
