about 5-6 years ago i was back in college I was quite fit, working out 3-5 times a week. Now as a result of the nature of my work; 3-4 business dinners a week with drinking led to a huge beer gut. for those with experience loosing a beer gut, please help. What types of exercises are good to target your belly? best way to burn fat? I trying googling it and it came up with all sorts of ways, not sure which is best. for those experienced users, please offer your advice. thanks in advance!!!
Stop drinking a case of beers every night bro. Eat healthy and hit the gym. If no gym then go walking/jogging after work. Stop eating drive thru also! Good luck.
You can't target where you lose the weight. You just have to lose it. Unfortunately, belly fat tends to be the last to go. I lost 50 lbs last year and I did it running. But not just running for the sake of losing weight. I knew if the goal was simply weight loss, I'd give it up. So I decided to actually become a runner. Run races and have my motivation being to get faster and have better finishes in my races. And I did get faster and I did finish better and I got really good at it. Oh, and I lost weight in the process. My advice it to not necessarily to run for weight loss, but to find some kind of activity, some kind of motivation, some other reason than simply losing weight. You can join a rec basketball league and use your workouts as a means of getting in better shape to become a better basketball player. Something like that. I think that really helps a lot.

eat less than 2000 calories hard cap every day. strength training 3-4 times a week walk for one hour immediately after you wake up everyday. not hard
You can't target fat. Cut calories (under 2000 cals a day), exercise (cardio for losing calories session by session) and weight lifting to raise your metabolism. There is no get fit quick miracle diet, pill, or exercise technique. If you can't sustain a healthy lifestyle for at least a full year to see real progress then say goodbye to ever losing weight.
To eliminate beer gut: Step 1: Stop drinking beer (or alcohol or anything except water) Step 2: 30 minutes exercise per day Step 3: ??? Step 4: Profit. It really isn't hard. Just be patient and consistent.

you can workout till your face turns blue.. but you will never outwork a poor diet.. eat raw real foods.. no processed bs.. no soda..
I've been trying to do the Brad Pitt Fight Club work out and diet... never works. He still looks better with that dirty blonde look than me.
DOnt drink beer. Start counting calories to find out what Is the main culprit. Even if you do it for just 1 week you wilL learn a lot.
