Lebron tried to recruit guys to link up with him in Cleveland back in 2010 too, but nobody wants to go there Bron gone
Cleveland isn't getting anything for the likes of Jordan Clarkson, J.R. Smith, and George Hill. The Cavs blew their load at the trade deadline to make their team competitive. They've maxed themselves out at this point.
Thought PG said he would join him last year if James committed to CLE. That didn’t happen. Less likely this year.
lol at these innocuous takes/opinions. They are never wrong. Bron leaves, because he doesn’t find players want to come. Bron stays, because he has. See what a genius reporter I am. In any case, if Bron doesn’t come to Houston. Stay at Cleveland por favor.
Rockets now 8:1 Now that Woj has come out and said cp3 is staying, and is recruiting lebron. We will see if this moves
seems like lebron prop bets are all off except 5dimes Lebron James plays for Lakers in his first NBA game of 2018/19 season, includes preseason Sat 9/1 32001 Lebron first game 2018/19 is with LAL -150 12:00PM 32002 Lebron first game not with Lakers +110 NBA - LeBron James Propositions LeBron James lifetime NBA championships, graded after 180 days of official retirement Sat 9/1 32071 Lebron James wins 6+ NBA Championships +1200 12:00PM 32072 Lebron James won't win 6+ NBA Champs -2600
This is probably the laziest reporting ever. Yea, like LeBron would only be offered $5M without a sign and trade. SMH
that video was hard to watch. Pretty sure he misunderstood the graphic, displaying lebron's route to Houston. They had "Chris Paul" option, implying he'd do what CP3 did last year (opt in and trade). This guy read it as "Chris Paul has an option", smh.
Sorry that was bad. They remind me of the type of person you start a sports convo with, they say something about sports, and you immediately know they don’t know what they’re talking about. So you just keep it cliche and nod your head in hopes of ending the convo as soon as possible. btw, KD was not villainized because he joined an MVP. He was villainized for joining a 73-win team already capable of winning multiple championships as constructed that eliminated his team in the conference finals. LeBron would be joining Houston because the Rockets are the only team that b**** slapped the Warriors in the face all season and playoffs so hard that they needed officials and a CP3 voodoo doll to beat the Rockets by single digits despite the Rockets shooting historically bad. Quadruple the hate? GS is hated because of KDs sensitive ass and the entire organization’s smugness from top to bottom. In Lebron’s scenario, he’s joining forces with a successful team to beat the ultimate villain in GS. This will actually be the most cheered formation of a super team because of GS and their burner accounts.
Going to LA with someone(s) or staying in Cleveland at least one more year (and doing this again next summer)
The staying in Cleveland ONE MORE YEAR scenario is the worst outcome for him. I don't get that. If you want to stay in Cleveland, stay in Cleveland and COMMIT. Staying one more year makes all of his options worse.
Staying in Cleveland for one more year is him shuffling the deck. If he can't find a situation that will result in him winning more rings and/or whatever else his priorities are, he might want to just check in again next year. I think it is very, very unlikely he does this, but I don't think it's completely implausible.
I don't see committing for 4-5 years to Cleveland. To Dan Gilbert & Koby Altman? LOL ... Returning on a one-year deal to re-evaluate things a year later? Yes. Go to LA now and a) hope Paul George joins you b) hope they get someone later on? Go somewhere now for a year & go to LA next year? (as Bill Simmons & Chris Mannix suggested) Philly was hot early on, hardly a peep since. Cleveland, no way he was returning and now ehh maybe? Maybe looking for a reason to stay? He's not returning with that same roster though, agree there. Houston, yeah we as fans think it's a no brainer. But you've seen all the reports and maybe he's not as high on Houston for whatever reason.
I can't take credit for it, I just copied the image from google honestly. But yeah the image looks pretty cool. Hope it becomes real.
