Not a fan of CP3 and his dirty play, but how exactly did he choke? He lost his 2nd best player and got beat by a better team.

Agreed. While i also think he somehow vanished from the game in the last 5/6 minutes (watching Rivers and Crawford trying to make plays was ridiculous), he was playing the last 3 games with these players... DeAndre Speights Mbah a Moute Pierce Reddick Rivers Crawford Felton ...i mean, this group is honestly a bunch of mediocre/old/done/fat players. The only actually good basketball player here is Reddick and he played like ****. OKC roster is WAY better than this, and they got basically swept, just saying... The last guy i would blame here is Paul tbh, time for him to play for a better team/organization if he doesn't want to end his career as some sort of joke.

Don't give the Knicks ideas man. They might even do it. Joakim straight up for Howard. Let Rose walk in free agency and basically replace him with Paul using the same cap space.
What? Really? He choked? Man, you guys are tough. There is a difference of not liking someone and then showing a player actually choke. CP3 didn't choke. "Most overrated player of his generation." Dumb. Who are we arguing that he's better than? Lebron? Wade? Durant? Westbrook? Harden? Curry? Kawhi? Davis? Who is arguing that CP3 is better than any of those players drafted from 2003 to 2012? Guys who may be better or more successful? Howard maybe. Aldridge maybe. Marc maybe. Rose maybe. Blake maybe. Derozan maybe. Wall maybe. George maybe. Aside from Howard and George Im not even sure because Blake and Wall haven't shown me enough. And it'd be really hard for you to convince me any of these players have had better careers. Yao, Bosh, Melo, Devin Harris, Igoudala, DERON, Granger, David Lee, Rondo, Rudy Gay, Horford, Conley, Joakim, Love, Brook Lopez,Teague, Cousins, Hayward, Kyrie, Kemba, and Klay, and Lillard? That's 8 players that are better than CP3. 8 who are maybe better or maybe worse although I was being generous with most of them. And 22 players I'm not taking over CP3 in general. So how is CP3 overrated? Because some people may say he's a top 3 point guard? Or that he's top 10 player in the league? That make's him overrated? A guy who averaged 27 points and 9 assists on great efficiency who lost to a good Jazz team in 7 is overrated because he had a bad game? "Oh he choked in an elimination game!" So, we just gonna act like game 6 that was also an elimination game didn't happen? FOH. It's ok to not like a player and think he's a whiney flopper. That's absolutely fine, but the same way people are treating CP3 is the same unfair way people treated Lebron in 2008 and 2009 when he got eliminated in the ECF cause his team wasn't good enough. Dude, CP3 was literally playing with Austin Rivers, Jamal Crawford, Deandre Jordan, Luc, and JJ Redick. That's a trash ass roster without Blake, and even then it's still ass especially when JJ played like crap. I'm not even a Clippers fan, but it's bogus how somehow CP3 is gonna get labeled as a choker for this. The last person that should be getting blamed is CP3. in 2015 he wasn't the one who disappeared against Houston. In 2016 he was hurt. In 2017 his 2nd best player got hurt. WTF do you want? The funny thing is that if CP3 did ever make it to the WCF people are gonna say, "oh, well he's never gone to the finals still a choker." If he makes it to the finals: "Still CP0 no rings." Chris Paul shoots himself in the foot a lot, I admit. But I don't like this choker label that has been attached to him.
Paul is a brilliant player, but it's hard to be an alpha when you are not a dominant scorer. He would better suited alongside a Durant. Still would love him here.
Why do people still want a premier PG here? We need scorers, not first-string facilitators. We need to continue to surround James with shooters and defenders.
CP3 is one of the greatest point guards ever...the only thing i hate about him is the flopping and the flopping soft yet dirty culture he brings to his teams, but the talent has always been there. When he and Blake teamed up, i really thought it was going to be the second coming of Stockton and Malone, but Doc is garbage and they needed to trade Deandre for role player depth and Blake just never got better and might have even regressed. It's time. Blow it up. Blake is the younger and more marketable one, you probably have to keep him and send CP3 and Deandre elsewhere for young depth. I'd assume neither Blake or CP3 want to leave LA and would be completely content losing every year as long as they play in LA. That's the NBA culture of today. CP3 needs POP. Blake or DeAndre need D'Antoni. Make it happen. Texas rivalry is renewed Monday and will continue for many more years!
