no your mantra should be, ' I get a hard-on everytime I see Mike James shoot the ball'?

I think it has to happen Friday so they clear waivers by the Monday deadline.

Damn it, I hate seeing us lost to a scrub team like Memphis, even if it was just a preseason!

With more scoring options, Rafer wouldn't have to shoot. That's the whole point. You can continue beating up strawmen and pretending you actually have something to be smug about or actually admit to what the rest of the board seems to get: With more options Rafer wouldn't have to be our 3rd scorer. He could focus on running the offense.

I wonder why Rox got MJ back, may just wanted to part with Howard.

can someone give a brief recap of what happened regarding double OT. Who played, who got hurt? Thanks

I am out of town. I am dvr'ing the game but since it went to OT and I did not record sanford and son or whatever the hell followed the game--I'm sure it will not be fully recorded. It's preseason--and it goes to double ot and we lose

Landy and (sort of) Novak redeemed this game for me. SF looked OK but he still doesn't fit in.

So i assume snyder and butler will get there turn tommorow to show what they got. landry was great. he has a ton of potential. that late pick is looking better. then again, big baby glen davis had 26 points tonight.

    Random thoughts

    Steve can't guard quick guards
Head can't bring the ball up

    Steve has lost a step
Steve still needs ball to dominate

    more to come

Another reason to thank JVG for next couple of years.....

Gay for "Save my job" Battier.

Goddammit!!! Couldn't even save his job!

Even if he is pathetic, he should not be shooting 20 footers to try to compensate. He should be fighting harder for post position. This is what he did under JVG, and in a lot of games last year he ended up with OK games from poor starts b/c he kept fighting down low and eventually got some good shots.

Adelman allowing Yao to shoot 20 footers and play on the perimeter may very well cause Yao to regress; if we look at the last two games it certainly looks that way. I really, really hope that this is not the case. Yao was kinda soft before and now we're making him really soft.

His mantra should be: "Mike James is a much better option on offense because he can score more points with 17 FGA than Yao with 11 FGA because Mike James keeps Yao (or any other rocket, for that matter) from touching the ball." Strange logic, but seems to work for him.

Yeah moving Rafer from theoretical 4th option down to theoretical 5th option is a huge difference - it will make his layups go in.

    Heard it before kid, thanks!
