I doubt it, rimbaud. I can't even remember how I used to picture you now. If you look different than you did at The Harp, it'll be a fresh surprise.

All this talk of what folks look like makes me think another get together might be in order. I'm in town til the beginning of July if anyone's game.

    I always pictured this:

or the evil German in Raiders of the Lost Ark that gets melted.

From the pic, I see it. Neil Young too. I figured the (somwhat intimidating) glare wasn't you; angry liberal or not. ;)

I remember you posting your height another time, surprised me then, too. ( Oh, and if I recall, in the same post you thought I was 6'2": I'm just under 6'1". I know to bigger fellas like yourself that seems a petty difference to mention, but we barely breaking 6 footers count differently.)

I think I always pictured you as a 1960's Hamburg ( I know, Munchen) beatnik type.

I forgot to mention, I am also half-Korean, even though the Asian part is not very evident in my case.

With regards to other posters, I really don't have much of a mental image of most people, other than the images I have already seen of them.

Most pictures did not really surprise me at all, except that I thought Manny would be much shorter.

KingCheetah, who is that guy from SNL?

    Well thanks Batman.

By the way, I saw your email the other day, but work email system went down (and has stayed down) before I could respond.

Good meeting you and look me up if you're ever in Northern NM again.

For some reason, whenever I get a stray mental image of someone from the board, I always imagine y'all sitting in front of the computer wearing a gimp mask.

Imposing?? Gee, you make it sound like I am a bouncer for a living!:D ;)

Hmm, I could probably spend a lot of time on this if I wanted to and had the time (which I really don't), but I will say that I was surprised at what people really looked like from meeting them at the Smeg thing, especially Trader_Jorge and Mango. I really thought Mango would be this robotic person but he reminded me more of some local yocal type from my hometown, lol!

I will say that rimbaud reminds me of a human, more smart-ass version of Mr. Peabody of the old Rocky and Bullwinkle show. Either that or the kid that always shunned sports to read books like the little son or nephew of Miss Prissy from the old Foghorn Leghorn cartoons. Okay, I will stop as I feel I am getting into too much obscure stuff.

Hair's gone. Still a bit red, but no more than 3/8 of an inch all the way around.

I underestimated how horribly the hair dye would f*** up my hair.
