Not to take away anything from Mobley, but people conveniently forget that he is playing with 2 very good passing guards. Garland and Rubio are both averaging 7 assists a game. They get Mobley into easy and quality scoring opportunities. KPJ avg the most assists on our team, but he is also avging the same amount of TO as assists in a game. Ironically starting Wall along with Jalen and having KPJ come off the bench would improve Jalen's efficiency drastically. When Jalen gets his foot set on 3pt shots, his shot looks very good. Wall can get him those types of shots.

    I'd trade Harden for him.

Does anyone have Mobley’s efficiency on non-assisted or self-created buckets?

I was Mobley until it became clear that Green was the pick. It's nice vindication to see that Mobley isn't the bust a lot told me he'd be but I am team Green now. Even better was my proposed trade below:

Wood & Gordon to GSW for Wiggins and picks 7 & 14

    Picks 7, 14, 23, & 24 to Cleveland for pick 3

    You are a lying POS.

There was not a more ardent Harden hater on CF than you.

    Mobley is not a guard.

    I bet it doesnt happen.

Green cannot finish in traffic and he is turnover prone.

And Wall is more decorated than all the guards on Cavs COMBINED but he did not make either Wood, KPJ, Tate or KJ better players.

All the young players played their best when Wall and Dipo were on the bench.

    Coaching matters.

I advocated for all 3 so no regrets, I tried. Just glad we got Sengun.

That said, that draft is over and done with.

What are we going to do to improve the team we have now is the better question?

I wish I did but that kind of data is on a Second Spectrum-level of granularity. My paid subscription to basketball-reference data don't even get me that stuff lol.

Anyone that thinks Evan Mobley is flourishing here is in absolute denial.

You are making it sound like he's the only rookie turning the ball over. Cade (3.4 TO), Barnes (2.1 TO), Duarte (1.8 TO), Mobley (1.8 TO), Jalen (2.8 TO). All of those rookies I've listed out have almost a 1:1 assists to turnover ratio. It's normal for rookies to have TO issues. If you are calling him out for being turnover prone you might as well call out every single one of the top performing rookies. Does Green have finishing problems? Sure, he does ... that's why he needs to get stronger. But last night's game showed he has been improving on that part of his game. He made at least 2 contested lay-ups in the paint. I am not here to try to change your opinion on Jalen, but rather to point out that he has improved his game early into this season. Booker had the same issues in his rookie year and look at where he is now. If Jalen shows huge improvement after ASB, it is a very good sign that we got an exceptional player.

Getting the ball at end of shot clock happens in basketball.

    Cannot nitpick.

And I'm sure Green doesnt need these excuses, this kid is fired up to be the best.

The strongest steel is forged in the hottest fire.

Jalen has 2.8 TO and is not a PG like Cade or Barnes.

Stop being so sensitive, I'm sure Jalen isn't make excuses.

Trust his inner fire and talent.

But his handle, defense and strength are glaring areas that need improvement.

It will take time, but that does not mean we blind ourselves to these weaknesses until he does.

I would be venture to guess nobody has actually watched all the cavs games like you watch all the rockets game. You cannot simply make an educated assumption based off the 2 if you watch one every game and just look at the stats for the other

Lol I'm not being sensitive. I'm not here to start **** with you or anyone else. Of course he needs improvements. He's a 19 yr old rookie. All I'm saying is every rookie is having TO issues early into the season. They need to get acclimated to NBA defense. His handles, defense, and strength are KNOWN weaknesses coming into the draft. It's not news
