Who the hell knows if he will bust or not. QB is such a crapshoot you have to just keep trying. Rooting for you Watson!
I thought Ward would have been drafted had he not already made it clear he was going to play in the NBA (the far better career option at the time, and usually still is). Ward, IIRC, was a great QB, but also dabbled as a punter and WR at FSU.
As a man, Deshaun Watson deserves all the success in the entire world. Here's hoping that it comes here in Houston!
Other than the JJ Fatt part, I actually get where he's coming from. It seems as if players leave here and become successful. Almost like the organization is doing everything backwards. You can't just blame it on the coach either.
Apparently a really nice person with obvious skills, but is far from a lock as an NFL QB. Expectations will be high, but the wait could be long. It is my lack of confidence in the Texan's "brain trust" that gives me pause. I have never been convinced that these people really know what they are doing.
Pwnage. Bobby is the guy that said Mahomes was a mid to late round grade. Mahomes was my guy from the jump but I was always fine with Watson also and we may finally have our franchise quarterback.
