    As far as legality goes I'm sure that the company has a terms of agreement you must agree to when you set up your account. If their terms of agreement expresses they can do this then she has no right to stop them since she legally agreed to it.

    I am not sure if there is any such agreement but if so she won't be winning any court cases.
