Oh wow, DaDakota has a cheerleader to fight for him, very cute.

This monkey is still crowing about that b**** V-span - yes, like I initially said, it was borderline child abusive for me to to enter theread and poke him with a stick, especially after people pronounced him a laughingstock for doing so. But then that's what we do on this BBS - why don't you put me on the ignore list if you are so sensitive to criticism?

DD is a big boy, he makes stupid predictions all the time, and then acts extremely obnoxious about it and promotes himself as some sort of sage.

I am not the first to have noticed this, and not the last. If you don't like it, your problem lies with him, not me. Oh yes, and I would be remiss if I did not throw in BLAH BLAH YOU ARE F-NG A MORON BEYATCH!!11!! BLAH as part of your desperate attempt to class up the place.

Oh yes, and boy that JJ Redick is tearing up the NBA.

You give up on players too quickly, this is only his 2nd year and he is just now getting into the rotation.

Some players take time Sam, Rome was not built in a day.

And I freely admit I make predictions, I like to discuss with other Rocket fans what could help make the team better. If you don't like those discussions, then don't bother joining in....

So what if we disagree on opinions of players, big deal, it doesn't mean you have to be so rude about it.

All you do Sam, is come in and criticize, when have you ever offered one iota of "This is what I think" will make the team better? All you do is come in like a wrecking ball and call people idiots and morons etc....

I think you just like to play the internet tough guy to compensate for something else.......

    Sam Fisher = [IMG]

    :D

And, I am not the FIRST to recognize that either.....

    Stay Classy Sammy !

    Hmmm,

I'd trade Head and Novak for Redick right now.

I'd trade next year's #1 for Redick right now.

Because you sir, understand basketball talent and chemistry and how important a 6'4" high IQ shooting wiz would help this team.

Now if we can just get a PG.

I am not ready to give up on our veteran point guards yet. I think they have a lot to play for and a lot of talent that they bring. Brooks, sure if he can beat them out and hit a shot. It's a lot different playing with the big boys instead of summer league.

Is V-Span in some Greek Villa looking at NBA box scores, laughing maniacally?

That is not what you assured us during the Summer of Redick.

Not only did you assure us that he would be much better than Rudy Gay, you told us he would have an immediate impact - not unlike when you swore up and down for days on end that the greek never-was was more NBA-ready than Sam Cassell:

I did not participate in any of those discussions, and don't care about Redick one way or the other - who knows what will become of him. The only thing I know is that he has not lived up to your breathless anticipation.

Looking back at them, I see a familiar pattern of somebody choosing a favorite and saying whatever it takes, rain or shine, regardless of truth, to promote that choice. So I take it for what it's worth.

You sir are absolutely out of your mind. I've watched alot of the Magic because I follow Rashard and want to make an intelligent comment when the Yao vs DHoward arguments come up.

JJ Redick is absolutely terrible. The first thing any team does is isolate him in the paint with a taller SG and he's helpless. Wells will have a field day Wednesday if the Magic allow Redick on the court with him.

Not to mention he wouldn't play here and don't we already have enough players that contribute absolutely nothing whenever their shot isn't falling?

JJ Redick and Novak are clones. Deadeye shooters but have trouble getting their shot off in the NBA cause they are both slow as molasses.

you guys need to chill out, isn't this group the same people who said the answer was francis? guys need to improve given their playing time and a more consistent role. It's going to confuse everyone if they gonna be wondering about their role and playing time instead of focusing on practicing after they know their position on the team. so you guys need to chill out, brooks will get his chance, but he'll have to wait.

yes. the same who said v-span was the answer. JL3 was the answer. etc etc. Keep throwing dookie against the wall and eventually something may stick.

Brooks may be able to help but when people routinely point to the 13, 14th or 15th guy at the end of the bench as being able to "solve the problem"...then it just becomes silly.

Brooks may be able to help, he's a heck of a player, but there is something fundamentally wrong with this team "needing" a guy like brooks as "the answer"

You guys are funny, the point is that they are not really the ANSWER but at least they deserve a shot because the rest of the PGs suck.

And if you notice the recurrent theme, it is all about finding a decent PG.....

That is what is wrong with this team.....well the biggest thing wrong with it anyway.

Haha, wasn't this the problem last year? Lack of point guards? Then in the offseason, the problem was that there were too many good pg's on this team. Now, they have all sucked (ill give francis a couple more games), so we wind up in the same situation.

Wait, do you mean a recurrent theme with YOU? Because, of the scrubs you've held a torch for in the past, only V-Span and JL3 were actually PGs. The rest (Nachbar, Langhi, Snyder, and Redick) were not.

I just checked Nachbar's #s to see how he is doing this year and good God, he sucks so far!

Back to the Boki of old.

    39% FG 31% 3s 69% FTs ...yikes
