intersting news...i have a cautious optimism about next season. And I wouldnt take anything tmac says too seriously. You'll get hypertension for nothing.

So T Mac talks like a top 3 player and he is ony a top 10 player. Or he is a top 3 player talent wise, but only a top 10 player.

Give T Mac a break. It is not like he is all talk or a drastic underachiever.

so bron is not a top 5 player anymore after this playoffs? same w/ dirk?

tmac is higher than u think. his playmaking elevates him up that much higher. now he just needs his offense back to cement his top 3 status

I have to agree despite I've wanted this team to be more Yao-centric in ways JVG simply couldn't stomach. Adelman can make T-Mac more efficient by giving him less responsibility, but that involves getting (or playing) another pg and also making playmakers out of others - Yao, Battier, Bonzi, Howard... ok that's all I can come up with at the moment.

But the thing is T-Mac is a highly productive max player, and we should be grateful both our max players are. We can say everyone's over-paid, but there are a lot of teams out there that suffer with max contract(s) that is/are crippling.

There's no reason to give up on T-Mac yet, but I don't believe he's capable of driving a team to a title either.
