Well I'm back at home and everything is perfect. P.A. got hit pretty bad though. Thanks to everyone for all the informative posts

 

made it through just fine
had no power from 3am to 8pm though

 

Nothing major happened here, and everything is fine now. Power kept coming in and out midday today(during the Astros game) but it never went completely out.

 

Don't get how I missed this thread - but I'm happy that I choose to stick around. 4 (5?) day weekend and no stress. I'd have lost my mind if I had to deal with all that traffic leaving town just to have to do it again.

Still alive and we never did lose any power whatsoever. Tired as hell and ready to sit by the pool all day tomorrow and release the stress with a few or 15 beers.

So glad it's over.

 

It felt so damn good to get outside and play some basketball today. I hate being cooped by forces other than my own will.

 

I played too.

 

East Houston...Lost an Hour of Cable Television around 10 pm

actually left for austin friday at 1... got there in 3 hours

left austin today at 11 got here at 1

 

I'm alive, but but my house is busted up pretty good

the neighbors barn came apart and smashed into a gable wall over the patio. I thought a bomb went off and the house was comming apart

in short, my house is f-d up

 

That's terrible lpbman. I wish you the best of luck recovering form the storm.
