And now this company just sent a letter saying that we owe them $2,300 dollars on a nearly three year old policy.

The company is crap. We wouldn't work with them regardless now. Too many damn mistakes. This is the 3rd huge one since they changed their system. Talking to my lawyer this week.

    This company and it's amatuerishness.

First, they steal $7,000 from us on an erroneous chargeback

Then they pay out our override to one of our agents for $2,000

And now they send us two notices on a $2,600 chargeback. From a policy from 2 1/2 years ago. When I called in about it they were "That death was in January of 2022. I'll look into it." Chuckles and says "I have 300 of these a day so I don't investigate until I'm notified."

There is no way I'd work with this company again. And we could if we wanted.

It's Chad that tattled. Now it's a kid named Rudy that's going to our agents and badmouthing us to them. We lost a 400k case due to that, which equates to 8,000.

Amateurs. I've been doing this long enough. They're in the death throes.

lmfao. is this show really as funny as the clips I see on CF? A buddy said it was, but I've yet to ever watch it. The air conditioning clip the other month had me dying.

Honestly I don't like Larry David that much, he's too neurotic for my tastes. I mean, George from Seinfeld is based on him but George does a better job.

I may have a different opinion now though. I'm older.

    This company...

Sent us a letter saying we had another $2,600 chargeback due to a death. In our business, that can happen in the first year. But this lady died 2 1/2 years after the policy issued. When I brought that up to them, they said they'd investigate. Then they came back with "additional premium goes to the new company." This time I asked for something in writing.

They came back with a comp schedule where it is obvious they added an addendum, which wasn't on the original.

That is fraud. Spoke to an attorney today. He told me to let it play out until they actually try to hurt our business by placing a Vector; which is essentially collections in my industry.

I'm looking for punitive damages now. **** this company.

Just spent an hour on the phone with my partner. We have all of the documents, so we are going after them. Question is how much in punitive damages should we look for? They owe us 10k in comp. I'm thinking 50k, just to see them settle. I recall at Morgan Stanley, they always settled in arbitration.
