Again, that happened because a company that owed us thousands of dollars couldn't get their **** straight, and sent me to this kid who was either transferred incorrectly or just decided to pick up a call that wasn't meant for him. He raised his voice to me first. If you can't figure out why I blew up, I don't know what to tell you. And, again, their "chargeback" of $7,000 was not what anyone in the industry does, including themselves until they put in a new system that is still royally screwing up. Our debit balance was just cleared up this evening. Supposedly, according to them.
My first question is "How are you?" Second question is "Do you work with XYZ products?" If they say no, I say thank you and hang up. If they say they do, then I go into my 20 second spiel. It's pretty easy to me.
I worked with a guy named Sixto at the Chilis in the sugar land. He actually had 10 toes but only 7.5 fingers.
This ****ing company. After we were in the black after the "debt" we never actually owed, they put another one of our agents on the wrong comp level costing us another $2,500. It'll be a long time before we send anything into them again...
His partner slid over and took over that company's business. So Fatty was 'fired', but his company wasn't.
They also weren't aware that we were a wholesaler who work with hundreds of their agents and not just me as a lone agent. They've been a lot more apologetic to our firm since then, especially because they keep screwing up. So much so that another company's lawyers are going through their contracting about their "chargeback."
