Its not that easy. Like everything else there is a method to it. Besides buying it at the store is way easier than growing it in your home. There are people that grow tomatoes and okra in their garden as well, I don't think that has affected overall sales of such items at the grocery store. Most people still buy their groceries. There will be a small faction that still grow their own weed, but for most recreational users a trip to the store will still be ate best way to go.
I do. Legalize it all. Crack and meth probably wouldn't exist without the drug war (why innovate?), and no one in their right mind with easy access to drugs would have attempted to smoke bath salts. Cocaine was revered 100 years ago as a wonder drug. A certain percentage of people are going to stay ****ed up no matter what laws are in place. Might as well abolish all of the evils that go along with prohibition.

You just asked in your poll if mar1juana should be legal or illegal and then offered options "yes" or "no" in response. If you answer yes you are saying it should either be legal or illegal. If you answer no you are saying it should be neither legal nor illegal. Your poor poll-making aside, of COURSE mar1juana should be legal. This has been debated ad nauseam in the D&D. largely through the advocacy of the extremely well-informed andymoon turned GladiatoRocket or whatever his new name is. There is not one single credible argument for the present laws and there are myriad reasons to legalize. I'd love to vote in your poll but for reasons described above I can't.

If your employer suspects you have been drinking before or during work, they can send you for a piss test that will confirm you have had alcohol in the last so many hours. With weed, I'm not sure if they could tell you smoked Sunday evening or during work on Monday morning. That could be a major issue for fast food companies.
I lived next to a guy who worked on the railroad. Every Monday he and his coworkers would be tested for alcohol use in the past 24 hours.
