Lachard Binkley reports on his twitter account that Alperen Sengun is questionable against the Utah Jazz with an illness. It's not known to me what kind of illness does he have. Binkley is well informed. I trust his sources.

"Why do haters need to be called out?" is a really interesting question. I think the bigger question is, "What does one add to this forum if they're hating on a 20 year old player with potential?" What's the big gain if he never pans out, an 'I told you so'? Seems like a pretty cheap prize when we could otherwise be enjoying the roller coaster ride that is player development. It's not a linear thing. I think anyone criticizing players after every game before they turn 25 are pretty cringe, regardless of which team they play on, but especially if they play on your favorite team. People are allowed to comment whatever they want, but you can't post in a public forum and then say no one is allowed to call you out for a bad take. You can post your opinion, and they can have an opinion about your opinion. I don't see why people are so scared to be called out for hot takes if you're going to make them. People are free to disagree with this entire comment if they want, and I don't have much reason to cry about being called out if someone disagrees. If I wanted no one to disagree with me, I'd keep this opinion to myself.
By definition wouldn't the reverse of racism be 'NOT discriminating and NOT showing prejudice or antagonism against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group'. I'm being cheeky here as I know the point you are trying to make but in a league where over the 70% of the players are black but less than 20% of the coaches are black (even worse for ownership) I really don't think one or even two instances of players giving a foreign player a hard time is a large problem. So please miss me with the player's who aren't black are discriminated against issue. I'd kindly tell you to get in line because there are other more important issues to sort. With that being said I watch the sport for entertainment, not to get into social or political debates so I'd also ask that we keep those out of the conversation or debate those in other forums
Not anyone, just the ones like him who ARE Sengun only fans. They're not hard to spot, they're the ones begging for him to be traded, or have the entire focus of the org centered around him. It's not a false narrative, these people are right here, all the ****ing time for all to see.

Meanwhile what is wrong with liking some players more than the others. I liked to watch Sengun,JGreen, Gordon, Schroder, Josh, D. J. Augustine more than Theis, Wood, Nwaba, Brooks last year. I am happy to add Bari+Tari+TyTy to the list this year. What's wrong with wanting to watch more Jabari than Tate? I don't hate Tate but want more Jabari. I don't hate the other 3 bigs (contrary I like all them) but want to see more Sengun. I wanted more Hakeem, more Cassell, more Zan Tabak(who?) than the others but was not Cassell only fan. The game won't b boring just b/c sengun or bruno isn't playing. U can look forward to the development of Green, Smith, Eason, etc. Sure we might lose, but that won't make the game boring. The development and rise of Usman would b fun to watch. It's the players who bring it to the game. Brons era is filled with that BS. There is no other reason for Sengun not playing and Doncic not going 1st. Fluffy white boys from Europe don't get the benefit of the doubt

You get so sensitive over my Sengun criticism. I like him, I just don’t like him for this team. He deserves 1-2 more years, but I eventually want us to replace him. I like him off the bench so far. It’s my opinion, man.
For the record, I love Sengun and still proudly wear his jersey on game day. He was my favourite Rocket last season. I just have no problem discussing his flaws (of which he has many, like most rookies) and where he needs to develop. I certainly won't be out here begging for him to be traded elsewhere though, and if it's a choice between the Rockets and ANY player then the player's gonna lose the support, not the team.
Sooo is it the players or the league you have a problem with? Because I'm pretty sure the players had nothing to do with Luka being drafted 3rd overall. The guys who own, GM, and coach the teams who passed on him made that decision... I'm pretty sure those guys were white. And I'm not really sure what you're talking about regarding Sengun. He plays, has been getting major minutes and finishing games. I'm thinking you just want something to complain about or need excuses regarding players you like. Draft positions and playing time have nothing to do with your color/race... if you can ball you go high in the draft - Porziņģis, Yao Ming, Dirk... sometimes even if you can't ball they draft you high - Darko. Trae Young went 5th in the same draft Luka went 3rd. I guess they were discriminating against Trae too huh?.... **sigh**
