aussie rocket - Because you can be a non-rockets fan and still be dedicated to this site i have respected this site for a long time thats just the truth. now as far as going to details of the credible source i can not get into to the specifics because you never want your Source to be second-guessed.
now that you have gotten my hopes up, who and why would the lakers do this? They already have odom and they just signed radnomavic(spell) why would they want JHoward???.........................TO GET RID OF ODOM!!!!!!!!!!!! omg plz tell me this is the trade.
If it does happen, it would be Mihm like LuckyAzn mentioned. He doesn't make enough to trade straight up with Howard so LA would have to throw in a filler like Vujacic or Wafer.
Rocketsinsider - Vladimir Radmanovic can logically be a boost off the bench this trade will not mean Lamar Odom is gone. also based on some things Luther Head can be involved but thats not realistic at this point.
It was just a joke, I guess you couldn't read it clearly from up there on your pedestal. For the record: Juwan Howard has no actual influence on my religious practices.
We'll see if it happens. I was actually in So. Cal watching the local Fox sports channel when Jack Haley reported that Lakers got Boozer from Utah. So, if actual Lakers reporters can be wrong, I'm not counting on a rumor until a formal announcement.. That said, Juwan would be decent in the triangle: He has a jumper and makes good decisiosn. Question is whether they got enough defense and rebounding to cover for his weaknesses there. I'm also not expecting anything valuable in return... certainly not Odom.
oh yea and odom can play sf too forgot about that, but why would the lakers need howard? or Head if you want to look at the rockets most tradable asset?
Rocketsinsider - Lakers need a realistic Power foward big-man and Juwan fits that bell. Odom is gonna be on the SF position Vladimir Radmanovic would be the 6th man.
On another well known NBA Rumor Site Howard was mentioned as a potential suiter for the Lakers. So we can hold our breath and see if its true....... If it is, it could include Chris Milhm................
That could leave us pretty thin at the PF, could Mihm play PF? I dont see him as been the tough inforcer we need.
CD can just take part of the TE and take Mike Sweetney off Paxson's hands. With Sweetney, nobody will accuse the Rockets of being "thin" at PF.
