RUMOR: Lakers are close to getting Juwan Howard

That's messed up man.

Teasing us about the possibility of getting rid of Juwan like this is just cruel.

Will you still have Laker's "pride" if your team is dumb enough to take him off our hands?

There are MANY people on this board with a ton more posts with ZERO credibility. Post count doesn't matter. Doc Rocket has less posts than 80% of the people on here yet he is the most credible.

IF the trade goes through, I will applaud the guy for telling us. I wish he would fill us in with more details but it is what it is.

However, if the trade doesn't happen. I hope he is banned.

We're talking about Juwan Howard here...this isn't a huge star that people would want to make up rumors about. It's not like he's making up something straight from a players mouth. (*cough TroyBaros *cough)

Interestingly enough, Chris Mihm and Aaron Mckie for Juwan works under the cap.

If we did pull something off getting rid of Juwan's contract it would be pretty amazing, especially considering the Lakers don't have any real bad contracts for us to take on. I imagine that Head would be included in a deal too. I wouldn't mind landing Brian Cook or Luke Walton though...

 

Actually, I think Howard would fit in well with the Lakers.
