Filling out training camp roster most likely. But here's a note on him:

You know what they say about guys with one-foot wide hands.

I really, really wanted the Rockets to take a late flyer on this guy in the second round. Massive body, MASSIVE hands. He is a big boy, and just a blue collar/nice guy.

6-8? Must be insurance against Chuck going to B-town.

His 6'8.5 without shoes, he measured 6'10 in shoes. He essentially measured the same as Emeka Okafor.

He's worth a training camp invite, but if you expect him to be insurance for Hayes, you'd be disappointed. At least he's an efficient scorer.

Why did writers start using "make-good contract" instead of training camp contract?

I'm pretty sure the larger your hands, after a certain point, the more difficult it becomes to shoot accurately. I don't think bigger hands are always better.

Jerome James was signed to that horrendous contract by the horrendous Knicks on this basis. Look how that turned out.

I was excited when I saw "Greg" thinking it was Oden and the Rockets were picking him up cheap. Greg Smith? BFD.
