Why is Artest shooting 3s at the end when he was like 1/7? Then of course, he missed and it became 1/8...
Why did AB wait this long to get hot ?? Blazers deserved the game and please do not come in here blaming it on the refs. The refs were in favor of us tonight, clearly !! Choke City is the proper word for this game, except for AB that is. Rockets cannot solve fronting meaning we will not get anywhere in the playoffs.
...except that roy and aldridge going for big games again is much more mathematically probable than yao scoring more than 11 against this kind of defense.
If Artest doesnt take a 3-pointer in this game, we would be looking at a 2-0 series lead. And his field goal percentage would be 60% instead of 40%.
I think those 3s by AB at the end were BIG for this series. It took Blazers from "Oh we beat these guys by 10, we got this" to "Oh shyt we barely escaped with a win". A little too late, but seriously, the little man can shoot ADELMAN PLEASE GIVE HIM THE GREEN LIGHT.
You guys don't forget the blame is on Aldeman also. Wafer was hot and Lowry was running the offense smoothly and what did Adelman do? He promptly took out Wafer&Lowry and put in Brooks & Artest. GAME OVER
So...... Those of you who defended the effort and win against Denver game a couple of years back in a meaningless game.... Would you still want that win over Brandon Roy? Stop lying to yourself.
The game is fixed - check the Vegas line. But seriously, AB is no PG. All those points are fool's gold. Team looks best when Lowry is in control and getting all those FTs...of course we need to make the FTs.
Are the Rockets Jinxed are what??? I think the mutmbo injury effected rockets mentally...after that i didn't see the killer instinct they had the first game..
Did you see game? How is it Yao fault when they didnt even try to get him the ball? We lost because of miss free throws. And why is Ron on Roy when battier was doing a better job.
This one is going 7, just like all of our recent 1st round playoff series. Get ready for a long one, folks.
i agree. roy had help getting that 41, particularly two late, extremely brutal calls on battier that were nowhere close to fouls. we take both in houston and stomp them in portland. my prediction of houston in 5 remains in tact.
