Dalilah Muhammad and Femke Bol are 2 of the 3 best in the world and are elite-level, but they just got run off the track. As much as I hate antics like that, I have to admit, Lyles had me shutting my computer off and leaving laughing so hard when he did what he did at the end of this race in the video below as he was crossing the finish line a few weeks ago... dude, seriously?! Then in the post-race interview, you can see how pissed Knighton was at losing. Fred Kerley starts laughing like "man, I'm not in this, I'm just happy to have placed." lol :
Sydney just ran the anchor leg in the women's 4x400 which the US women won easily... she ran a 47.9 split. It looks like she ran her split faster than any other leg of any team that competed. That's insane for someone who technically doesn't even run the event. She's going to be great if she switches to it. Meanwhile, the US men also won the 4x400 :
I really enjoyed these Championships. I wake up early as a habit so have been watching the replays on the Olympic Channel early in the morning. Love the stadium in Oregon. It is hella-cool.
