I am actually pretty concerned about Rex leaving. If Schaub gets hurt, I am scared to death of Dan Orvolsky starting.

At least with Rex's interceptions there'll be more field to defend.

I'm going to go ahead and say we could grab a nobody in the 6th round that will be a better back up than Grossman. Big arm and brainless is always a bad combination.

I'd also talk to Vasher with small money - we have a hole to replace, even if it's only for nickel packages.

I am more scared of rex than dan, but maybe that's just because i'm intimidated by sexy's long ball.

anywho, i think dan can be a decent backup. Regardless, texans won't win many games if either rex or dan have to fill in for a few games.

Wow, someone actually thinks Rex Grossman is noticeably better than Dan Orlovsky?

So... anything happening these days? Since no team cares about spreading the signing bonus cap hit this year, I'm guessing all the players that will be cut has already been cut.

    Anyone still available?

Nice read about the Texans from an outsider although I don't agree with his assessment of Dunta.

Not bad. Agree about the Dunta assessment, no way can you call him an elite stopper. I might have FS as a bigger need than OG at this point.

The Eagles decided not to match the Titans offer for Jason Babin. He'll be with Tennessee next season.

If you would like to see the Texans week 2 victory over the Titans last season, NFL Network will replay that game Sunday. The condensed version will air at 1:30pm. It will also air Monday at 7:00am and at 4:00pm.

Just a random question to Texans.

Would you guys trade your 1st and 2nd rounder to Dallas for Tashard Choice and Dallas first rounder (#27)?

Word I'm hearing that Jerry Jones likes Choice but that Barber can be had. They'd make that deal for Barber but not Choice.

And no one is giving up that for Barber.

Hillboy- Yea that seems to be the common seniments, some people even think we should just cut Marion.

Personally, with the way that Felix and Marion get banged up, I think we need Choice.

you do. and no, I wouldn't make that give up 7 spots in the first round and a second round pick for Choice.

I didn't know we have John David Booty. On wiki. it says we signed him to a future contract, whatever that means.
