7 games is less than half a season, that doesn't make you a starter I don't know if there were injuries on the chiefs oline last season but he did not start consistently until week 11
if he was a starter for half the season, did someone actually get hurt in front of him or did he beat out the other competition? Quinn started half the season because he earned it, and thus, i'd call him a starter.
I'm not sure of the situation, I asked your question on a chiefs message board to find out Looking at his stats, it says he started in weeks 6 and 7 and then not again until week 11, i'm not sure what that indicates.
well you could look up for a pic of a vince lombardi trophy, and post it, im just saying. I mean is the same work to look for a pic of the lombardi trophy than the stanley cup.
I'm still wondering if the Texans are going to sign a NT or DT in free agency. I took a look at the list of available UFA, RFA and Released DT (and NT), but I'm not sure if there is a good one left. What do you guys think? Maybe, a DE FA? When Antonio Smith plays inside DT next to Okoye, do you think Barwin is ready to start as DE? Or do we just draft some rookies for our defensive line? Here is the list with FA's left for the defensive line: I have bold some players that might be interesting. Warren, Grant, Redding and Ogunleye aren't 'young' anymore but they could bring some experience instead, but perhaps they are just to expensive to sign afterall ...
That Jason Babin kid could be something special. I'd be willing to give a first and 3rd round pick to see him with the texans. From that list, I like Warren but not really. He was a bust in cleveland and kind of resurrected his career in denver, only to suck again in oakland. Best way to acquire a dt would be via trade.
Really? http://www.phillyburbs.com/news/new...20List&cHash=3d44fc38082703446f8683b8273fb68d The Eagles didn't tendered him ... The Eagles on Thursday evening tendered eight other players: Cornerback Ellis Hobbs (first-round tender, $2.7995 million); receiver Jason Avant (second-round tender, $1.759 million); offensive linemen Nick Cole (second-round tender, $1.759 million) and Max Jean-Gilles (original-round tender, $1.101 million); linebackers Akeem Jordan (second-round tender, $1.684 million), Chris Gocong (original-round tender, $1.101 million) and Omar Gaither (original-round tender, $1.176 million); and punter Sav Rocca (undrafted non-compensation tender, $1.101 million).
Technically, you guys are all wrong.... The Texans traded their second, third and fourth-round picks (40th, 73rd and 103rd overall) in the 2004 NFL Draft to the Tennessee Titans for their 2004 first-round pick (27th overall), which was used to select defensive end Jason Babin. The Texans also exchanged their firth-round pick (138th overall) for Tennessee's fifth-rounder (159th overall) as part of the deal.[2]
I looked around but didn't see it. For those of you who wanted the Texans to sign LaDanian Tomlinson, he signed with the Jets, and is therefore off the market.
Given the complete dead silence from the team's end, I don't think a DT is on their list of FA priorities. Maybe they court a second choice CB. Maybe someone can't find a job and comes calling. You're missing the joke. Review your Texans history in the Casserly era.
