It is strange, but scouting has gotten to Keenum. Seems like teams are covering the deep ball better while making Keenum beat them in short to intermediate passing. Smart.
I wonder if they can get a refund from paying those refs this week during the practice... penalties are getting worse.
Its strange that scouting has gotten to him? There's been plenty of QB's with more talent to get "scouted" out of this league.
Showing everybody why Wade's D has become ineffective. We're always in man. QB doesn't need to read coverage. OC knows we're in man so he can call these "rub" plays to take advantage of that. We don't disguise the blitz ever. Seems like an easy D to game plan for.
Yup, Keenum is basically running on home-town steam and the fact that the other guy actually managed to be bad enough that we're still okay with Keenum being out there. Had Schaub not been so terrible, we'd all be calling for Keenum to be kicked off the field ASAP. The guy was an undrafted QB and he's looking exactly like what an undrafted QB would look like: Not good. It's not like we're looking at a guy who was pegged as being high-potential. He was undrafted for goodness' sake. If he was the next Tom Brady he would've shown it by now.
