Such a shame... IC2000 and crew end up with egg on their faces again. How many times will Vince own them?

 

Whatever his score is, we'll probably take Bush.

 

I still hoping for a trade down, but I think that there's probably about 75% chance we take Bush.

 

I posted that it could not be true, and I doubted anyone could score that bad. I did have a little fun and post some pics of Vince. Regardless, he is not an intelligent guy, we all already knew that. Someone can dedicate all their time to teach him offenses and reads. The question will be how will his passing be in the Nfl. I still don't think he will be able to do it. The texans are taking bush so I will not have to worry about it.

Vince has never owned me by the way. When Vince makes the pro bowl or does something in the nfl, thats when he will own me.

 

Take a look at your posts in the month before the Rose Bowl and compare them to what happened on the field. If that's not owning, well, you've got some different standards than me. I'd be more than willing to quote some of your classics to refresh your memory, if you wish.

You had more than a little fun... you called him illiterate, r****ded and other names based on a rumor that many of us warned you was not close to confirmed. It's now proven false, and you look, well, like you've looked for much of the last three months when it comes to your statements concerning Vince Young. Ridiculous.

 

I still think he is r****ded and illiterate, the test results change nothing. I still don't think young is a good passer. I still think he was a great college player and does not have a bright nfl future. He did impress me in the rose bowl and led me to change my opinion a bit. Just like baqui, desert scar and others who have changed their opinions on vince.

Since when has IC needed substance to make a comment? The guy has zero substance when it comes to talking about UT.

It's so easy to hate on a school when they're the best, it's just the way it is I guess.

 

I hate how you all think everybody hates on you because you are UT. I do not hate on UT, I hate on Vince. Its just easy for you to say oh "its because we are the best" or "they are jealous".

 

Have you heard athletes in general speak? Have you heard the President of the United States speak?

In all seriousness, I agree that Vince doesn't come off particularly intelligent in interviews. However, he sounds no different than 90 percent of the college and pro athletes that I see interviewed on a regular basis. If you're going to call Vince illiterate and r****ded based on his manner of speaking, you might as well give that label to 90 percent of all athletes, because Vince doesn't sound all that different from the rest of them.

 

College athletes sound dumb when they do interviews on the radio, but a few years later, when you listen to them again, they come off a lot better. Maybe they hire somebody to help them conduct interviews.

I'm saying, you're fresh out of college. You've never really done interviews before on tv or the radio. All you do is play football, sleep, and have people do your tests for you.

Some people have natural ability to do interviews like a Travis Johnson of the Texans. He comes off well during tv tapings of that one show on ESPN Classic. Dude's an FSU guy, and you guys know what they do at FSU. They play football, and pump those hot co-eds. Infact, I want to pump them with my tomahawk. WHooooa oh whoaaaaaaa.

What ever team selects him will probably higher some dude or lady and teach him how to do an interview and crap like that.

And when you hear him five years from now, you'll be like, wow, maybe he actually scored a 9 on the wunder-whack test.

You've made 2 very dumb and superficial comments about VY and Jamaal Charles with zero substance in your last couple posts alone. You have never said anything but negative comments about UT or UT athletes, and you almost never have any type of substance to back it up. Vince looks like Radio...he must not be good. Jamaal Charles talks funny...he must dumb. Etc...

You have to admit though IC, many people on this board hate UT because we are UT, it doesn't matter who are athletes are or what we accomplish. You don't sound much different when you are making fun of UT players or what not.

look at my posts about Ut basketball and I always gave the football team credit. I do not like Vince, mainly because of all the hype he gets. Jamal Charles sounds like and idiot and so does vince young. Martellus bennett does too, its not a ut thing. I hate marcus vick too, but I am sure the majority hates him too. There are some UT haters and also A&M haters. I respect UT as a university and their athletic accomplishments. I hope A&M can someday approach their recent athletic accomplishments
