Charlie Wonderlic Jr., president of Wonderlic Inc., says, "A score of 10 is literacy, that's about all we can say."

Good grief, UT will take anybody for their football team, regardless of how dumb they are. How the heck did he pass his classes? hmm.....

It's got to just be a rumor started by an agent or something. Judging by those sample questions I think it's impossible for someone to score a 6 out of 50.

Are you telling me you wouldn't? I guess we'll never know, but it's pretty clear that anything Vince does well won't be recognized but anything he does bad is clearly something credible. Ex: Highest passing efficiency in the NCAA doesn't mean a thing to some of ya'll, but a rumor of a low test score (that has nothing to do with football at all) knocks him out of the 1st Round?

gucci.. nfl experts obviously thinks a low test score matters with someone learning playbooks etc....

or why would they give the test?

I said he'd slip a few places. I didn't say he'd get knocked out of the 1st round. I wonder how you would do on this test??

Not to derail, but the only reason I don't put any stock in leading the nation in passer efficiency is because Michael Vick did it in college, and he hasn't exaclty translated into an effective passer at the next level.

I also think the people making a big deal out of this Wonderlic rumor are just looking for any reason to bag on Vince. There's no way it's true, just bs that was put out there I think.

I'm not exactly sure why they give the test. Not sure what differentiating between shapes has to do with learning who is open and who isn't, but that's just me.

I never liked the Wonderlic test, I think it's quite futile. They have 4 Hall of Fame QBs on the "lowest scores" list so I don't think it says all that much. However, a 6 (if true) is really terrible.

There have been some pretty wild rumors on that site that haven't panned out. Like Cat said, I don't think its a very well respected site.

    Needed to be repeated.

I wonder if they deduct any points for posting the exact same thing twice?

gucci.. I guess they think the test shows the ability to quickly learn new playbooks from week to week.. I have no idea.. but you'd think there would be some reason for it..

a 10 or 11.. maybe but 6.. seems almost too low to be true..

Hopefully somebody repeats it aloud to Vince! Might be too much to ask for him to read it! :D
