    i'm not trying to sound like a jackass...but i could have told you that when he was still playing high school ball. i remember him throwing strikes well down field while scrambling in the backfield.

    That's what I'm saying. IIRC, VY's 80 throw bounced just short of the target (which would have given him 10 points and a share of the lead). He nailed the 60 and was just off of the target on 2 other throws. Even Mark May (who was a VY hater before the Rose Bowl) said "he's got some zip on that ball."

    I went there 25 years ago and we didn't think they were gay! We thought they were sado-masochistcs. And the couple of CT's we had in the School Of Design could not keep up with the lab hours for all the Corps stuff they were doing. They make great soldiers though, so more power to them in my book.
