Well said. It is true that I am relying on Carr to be successful. I actually compare Carr/Bush to VY/Davis and I wonder if Davis will stay healthy.

I'm excited to watch Vince play. I'm one of the few that want Tenn to draft him. Not because I think we'll win, but it will be fun for the game. If Tenn does draft him, he'll get more media attention than our local team. The media will take advantage of this as long as they can.

Will VY get the proper protection to shine like he did at Texas? Time will tell.

 

Hey whatever. It's over. I hope the Texans are making the right choice but I have zero confidence in Carr. He's done nothing to inspire my confidence and I think he should have been shown the door with Capers AND Casserly. The fragile DD and our running game weren't the problem last year. Our passing game was (along with other things). I think we should improve it and that should start with the QB position. They think differently. Hopefully Kubiak can get this 2-14 team to over achieve. We'll see.

 

Please don't say things like that, I am trying to deal with my anger and there you go giving me an upset stomach.

I would take VY/Davis or Carr/Bush- 10 out of 10 times
BTW VY/(insert name) was in the Rose Bowl against Leinart/Bush

Winning 4, 5, and 7 games your first 3 years out of the gate doesn't mean you're the worst team in the league over that period of time. That's all I'm saying.

One question, if the texans sign Bush to a contract does that pretty much eliminate any chance of a trade?

Yep, his roster caught up with him, 3 coaching miracles (2002-2004) is enough.

Dum enough to take a bunch of scrubs to a 7-9 record and fortunate enough to get out of Dodge.

 

I'm going to watch them pick Bush (it may turn out to be the most signifigant pick in franchise history). There could be some trades involving our other picks. I'm very interested in the 2nd and 3rd rounds for us. I think the top 10 overall will be worth watching.

oh you didn't know, Mattress Mac is the ultimate football guru. His experience consists of watching and attending a handfull of football games.
