Gruden was trying to convince me that the Redskins D is built like the Steelers, showed a graphic comparing Cofield/Orakpo/Kerrigan/Landry to Hampton/Harrison/Woodley/Polamalu

Have to say, he might not be far off.

LaRon Landry is an absolute beast man.

Must own DB for IDP leagues.

Yeah that's a chain tied around him with weights probably attached to the bottom of it. Yeah he's wearing a polo shirt in the gym. No biggie.

Romo playing too tentative. The defense has to make some plays for the Cowboys to win this game.

I don't think Atlanta can win a Championship with Mike Mularkey as the offensive coordinator.

it's mind boggling that they struggle so much on offense. They have a great QB, 2 top receivers, one of the better running backs, and a HOF tight end. No way should they struggle offensively.

It's early in the season, and you have to understand there was no pre-season.

Some teams need that continuity to click. The Falcons may be one of those teams. The Falcons will be in the thick of things down the stretch.

God damn, why do CBs have terrible hands? Is it that hard to catch a football?

This super scrub Costas is a worse Dallas center than Dampier.

One problem is our only explosive guys are Roddy and Julio. Tough to go deep when the o-line is that bad. I like Gonzo but he is slow as hell. We desperately need a playmaker at Tight End. Also Michael Turner is good but he is also slow compared to a lot of other top running backs.

But as I mentioned earlier the O-Line is the biggest reason the offense is struggling so much. Sam Baker might the worst LT in the NFL.

Plays like that tell you that Romo has the talent to be an elite QB. It's about consistency, and reducing the # of bone-head plays that he sometimes makes.

But despite his measly stats, he played an awesome and gutsy game tonight.

Normally something about him bugs me, but nobody else on that offense is getting it done. Worst center in the league, none of the receivers know where to go, only a few good runs from Jones. He's certainly earning my begrudging respect.
