The Sunday night game looked a lot better a month ago, but at least Monday night should be more interesting than I expected. The games I will watch: HOU @ NO early GB @ CHI afternoon PIT @ IND late WAS @ DAL (I'll have this on in the background.)

I can't imagine a scenario where such a high profile player is allowed to play one week after a concussion after all the player health/concussion awareness stuff we just went through.
The rumors are (in Philly media) that there is a slight better chance that he plays than that he doesn't. Remember, this concussion was a mild one not one that actually knocked him out. Avant played the next week after suffering a similar one last year against the Giants and everything that the trainer said about Vick has been encouraging thus far. He'll have to pass multiple tests and see an independent neurologist but if he can pass those, he can play.
Well last week wasn't too kind to me after an amazing first week. Ravens (-3) L Texans (-2.5) W $500 bet too Eagles (-2.5) L Giants (6.5) W Only because I bet so much on the Texans and little on the Eagles ($50) did I make a little this weekend. Already have all my bets for this next week posted; Dolphins/Browns O 40.5 49ers/Bengals O 41 Jaguars (-3)
All kinds of mistakes in there, guess I wasn't paying attention. Have CAROLINA (-3.0) this weekend, not the Jags.
Pretty crazy that NE@Buf is sizing up to be a 'Game of the Week', potentially. I still think NE wins, but Buffalo is definitely not a pushover any more.
Bills can put up a fight every once in a while. Their first meeting last season was a 38-30 shootout. I'm guessing the same thing happens, Stevie Johnson was able to catch on a premiere CB in Flowers, and NE was near the bottom in pass defense last year, and still is now.
