Matt Dominguez just might be the best defensive player in the league right now.

Breaking up the perfect game really turned on a switch for Marwin. He's unstoppable!

Once again, these guys are reinventing feast or famine baseball. Hell... they may be inventing.

FWIW: The Astros had 16 games in which they scored more than 8 runs last year. We have already had our third in 9 games. Feast or Famine really may turn into the name of the game. Frankly, I hope our west coast games epitomize the FoF games so that I can go to bed in the 4th knowing if we won or lost.

I missed the game last night. Looking at the box today, looks like Carter and Pena have woken up. Nice!

9 SO. Still work to do.

I actually like this win better than the previous game in that in this one we had a good pitching game as well.

Seriously, he is. He could be a very attractive piece to trade near the deadline if he keeps this up. He'll be 30 this year, which means that he'll probably be past his prime when the Astros start to get competitive. Hopefully we can grab a good starting pitching prospect for him

With this team going to bed in the 9th with a 10 run lead may be iffy.

I was watching with the sound off. Anyone hear the reasoning behind the umpire's not ruling Shoppach's double a HR? It clearly hit the yellow line and if it tipped off JD's glove it should not matter.

The yellow line is in play, above the yellow line is out. If it contacts the yellow line at all it is still in play.
