No kidding. The poor guy got so much hate here, it was ridiculous. Way, way, way more than Ryan Bowen could ever hope to get.

Btw, I like Bowen. But then, I like Francis too.

The only part of that that is anything more than you taking a wild guess is the part about Horry and Sam.

    Pippen - Obvious
Barkley - Boring to watch.. especially when he'd post someone up and back him up from one side of the court to the other

    A couple for recent years:
Francis (Cancer to the team, yes I said it)
    Wesley (Same)
and All of the ex Knicks

    Yao! jk

Pippen was never a Rocket. Only Quitten.

I would include Mitchell Wiggins and Lew Lloyd on this list. Two knuckleheads that ruined a whole season.

    Was Turcan ever a Rocket?

    Matt Maloney, yeah.

    Bill Fitch was annoying.

    Two sandwiches was a joke.

    Band-Aid man got old fast.

    Vernon....not exactly personable. Psycho.

I liked Barkley when he was with us. He was never in great shape, but he became a rebounding machine late in his career. And I seriously doubt we would have gotten close to 57 wins in 1997 without doing that trade.

Some poster (I don't remember who) said he shortened Hakeem's career. How?

apparently, you don't remember how the Sonics used to own the Rockets every year in the playoffs. Barkley was the reason we were finally able to advance against them.

and how in the world did he shorten Olajuwon's career?

I'm new here and I didn't watch Rox till Yao's coming. I have to get up very early in the morning to watch Rox's game. Now I'm a big fan of Rox and I really wanna know more about its history. I liked Pippen when he was on Bulls with MJ and I know that the guy once played for Rox. Could anyone explain to me what happened on him and Rox during that time. Seems that many guys here dislike him.

rybo gets a lot of flak because he's not good enough to get the minutes he got, but he did have some great moments against dirk and you can't fault a guy that busts his ass everyday knowing that at best he'll only be mediocre.

I think I might have to go with maurice taylor. The guy had potential to be good but never seemed to work very hard at defense or rebounds.
