    Looks like it. He weighed about 10 pounds less in his last Strikeforce fight than he did in the K-1 GP. Probably due to the fact he's doing much more cardio training for MMA. But he's still easily the strongest and most powerful guy in the tournament. The question about Overeem is if his grappling will be up to par and if he'll be able to last on the ground with a guy like Werdum. His biggest weakness used to be mental but if his last few fights are any indication, he's overcome those weaknesses. He's taken huge shots from world class strikers and stood his ground for the most part. Only Hari has really hurt him in the last few years of MMA and kickboxing and Hari is arguably the hardest hitter in any combat sport today.

    I saw Overeem in Dallas last Friday and dude didn't look slimmed down to me.
    Looked same as he'd been the past few years.
