there is no possible way that luis gonzalez didn't take steroids so any list that doesn't have him on it has to be fake.
Just about to start. Should be really interesting. Apparently there are copies of checks written by players for steroids in the report.
I doubt they wrote "for steroids" in the comment space on the check. They just wrote a check to the trainer. That doesn't mean it was for steroids. Or maybe I'm just in denial.
Public figures need to prove malice to win a defamation suit( either D knew it was false or D was reckless). Private party only need to prove falsity and that defendant was at least negligent.
Can someone please go through this thing and make a list of players? I don't have time to read it right now. Thanks.
Here's a list I scanned for that were *not* in the report: Bagwell Biggio Kile Finley Gonzo Tejada and Pettitte have multi-paragraph sections, of course ...
THis report is pretty devastating at first glance, it is not just a bunch of rumor and innuendo as posited earlier.
Some stuff on Tejada. No definitive proof that he did use steroids, but really suspicious behavior with several different sources being cited. Let see how the Astros & Tejada spin this.
absolute joke. He lists 3 or 4 foemr minor leaguers who played for the Sox and Eric Gagne. wow great credibility. Didnt even list Kapler who was on a bodybuilding maagzine coverboy
This is the most important part - apparently, everything is substantiated pretty well. Wow - and to think, he wasn't even able to talk to a fraction of the people he wanted to.
