We're sorry that Memphis has no idea what makes great BBQ. Pork over a good beef brisket? LOL!

I've been to many places and let me tell you one thing

No One and I mean No One makes bbq like Texans. All the other southern states all make the same thing:

    Pulled Pork Sandwiches.

When it comes to Real Texan BBQ I'm talking about:

    Beef Brisket
    Turkey
    Sausage
    Chicken
    Chopped BBQ sandwiches.

    AND for Fixins:

    Creamed Corn
    New Patatoes
    Beans
    Jalapenos

    And then to drink
A Nice Cold Sweet Tea with a touch of lemon

    ANd ofcourse the sauce.

Florida, Arkansas, Louisiana, Alabama dont know nothing about bbq.

But I would say that when it comes to Pizza New York and Chicago make the best as well as hot dogs.

Now I personally like Nathans in Coney Island.

    James Coney Island is trash.

James Coney sucks...for me I can't ever pass up a ballpark dog at the Astros game; the hot dogs at Fuddruckers are really good too.

Lucky Dog out of New Orleans is the best hotdog I've ever had, but this hate for James Coney Island is BS.

People their is a difference in Grilling and Real BBQ.

I dont consider grilled chicken breast and steaks as being bbq.

Their is a certain technique for TExas bbq which involves

rubs, sauces, marinades, and smoking the meat.

    Google it.

I also briefly remember a hot dog place that served Nathans Hot Dogs. I think it was called Miami Subs and this place is no longer in Texas but it is still in Florida.

If anyone is interested in a Brand New Houston Rockets Hat please check out my item on Ebay. Item #160251587223
