One was a crime with a man dead, a cover up, and a guy with a history of alcohol problems and gun violence. The man blasted the bejesus out of his dog at point blank range with a shotgun because it didn't attack his friend.

The other was a hunting accident, where an old man spent a night in the hospital. Hell I have been shot twice in the same manner, just not to the face. Nobody went to jail, they just got a goo cussing out.

    Accidents are accidents eh?

BTW - Familiarize yourself with the word "precedence" before the next time you intend to use it.

Because a hunting accident in 2006 can't set the "precedence" for a shooting death in 2002.

Jayson Williams...is this the Jayson Willams who was the 2nd pick but slammed his bike into a post? NBA has so many williams' its hard to keep track (although ironically only Deron ever really amounted to much lol)...

If it is that dude, kinda' surprised he turned out this way. I remember the NBA showing a photo of him trying to get back before, he seemed really humble and got it all together then. Afterwards when he couldn't make it into a team I saw him do some interviewer/commentor gigs during games. Too bad he turned out this way.

Fail....been going on for 8 years. As a matter of fact the jayson you're talking about went by jay williams to avoid being connected to this guy in any way.

I have no idea what the hell you are talking about. Either your sarcasm needs work, you are a new fan of the NBA or your English is plain bad. There has been only one Jayson Wiliams. The former all-star, $90 million contract, 13+ rebound average, dog killing Jayson Williams. Not Jason "Do you remember the Vietnam War? I'll kill y'all just like that" Williams, not Jay "motorcycle crash" Williams.

    Yes.

One was a cold-blooded, premeditated killing, and the other was an accident.
