I have been defending Wood up until now. This incident changed my view. If the dude can't even handle a team rule on protocol and take it personally, then I don't want him on the team. The crappy thing is that this is significantly lowering his trade value. I think losing does have a negative effect on players. That's why I am not fond of tanking.
